Elements like unisex sneakers help to create this image but they are not the only ones. Let’s see which matching looks succeed.
– Identical brothers. Maybe if you have siblings, you remember your mother dressing all of you to match. It is something that we hated and even found repipi. But now fashion has returned and it does so not with the uniformity of yesteryear, but with very fun clothes that make dressing all similar or even identical not such a bad idea. It works great when siblings are similar in age, but not when there is a noticeable difference.
-Look mother / daughter. It is the most fashionable look. So much so that some stores directly sell identical dresses for mother and daughter and promote them with photos of adult and child models in familiar attitudes. The mother is excited and for the girl it is all fun to dress like her mother. Avoid it on formal occasions, but it is perfect for more informal ones.
-Look father / son. It also works very well because what child doesn’t want to be dressed like his father? Her father is her hero and her example and she will feel older and very special dressing just like her. Contrary to the mother / daughter looks, going the same way once is not only good but it is a lot of fun. Seeing the boy in a small version of his father’s jacket suit can be cute and look great.
Of course, there are other looks that are better to avoid and the best example is identical families. As much as it tries to make it fun, it will always remind us of those American family photos in which all its members wear the same Christmas sweater.
